Dr. Guido Wenski has a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Cologne (Germany). He held leading positions in R&D, project management, technology and procurement in the Wacker Chemical Group (Munich) and its subsidiary semiconductor company Siltronic AG, including extended stays abroad in the USA (Portland/Oregon) and in Asia.
He has long lasting active experience in the areas of professional training and andragogy. After carrying out numerous negotiations, on his own or as the leader of a negotiation team, there is hardly anything in a negotiation that he hasn’t seen or heard about so far.
And in three decades of industrial experience, he has gained a comprehensive background in the field of management and leadership techniques which are often touching the important topic of self-management. His broad knowledge of negotiation and commercial practice is going to be published in the form of four book titles (Springer Gabler, in German language).
